Cancellation Policy

At Brookside Hills, we understand that plans can change. To make your booking experience simple and clear, please note the following:
Free cancellation or changes are allowed up to 30 days before check-in.
Cancellations or changes made within 30 days of check-in will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
No-shows, late arrivals and early departures will also attract 100% charges.
Where a refund is applicable, a 10% administrative fee will be deducted.

General

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Special requests are welcome and will be provided based on availability.
Guests are requested to follow the resort's rules and applicable government regulations.
